Karolina uses her linguistic education and knowledge to ensure all projects she manages are of good quality and that everyone is happy with the process.

As a project manager, she is dedicated to her work. Karolina does her best to carefully manage projects, bearing in mind that each one requires a different approach. She pays attention to details and focuses on meeting goals. She also enjoys learning and discovering new aspects of translation and localization processes. Karolina is always happy to help and answer any project-related questions.

Outside of work, Karolina loves spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys cooking and believes it has therapeutic powers (as long as experimenting with new recipes is not a failure). Karolina likes all winter sports but she particularly enjoys snowboarding, ice skating, and winter trekking.
