Justyna handles vendor management in the translation and localization industry and she uses her experience to work in the most important areas of HR including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. She started as a Vendor Coordinator, and after working with many different people from around the word, she discovered her relationship management skills and became a Resource Manager.

Justyna previously worked in the financial industry, focusing on effective cooperation and communication with other departments of the organization and external entities involved in the process. She also provided support in training new team members. Currently, she supports employees in various challenges and helps develop the HR department with new ideas and processes.

Justyna has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration, and implementing changes to achieve workforce excellence. Justyna is an expert in several aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee training, motivation, and development. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. as well as various certifications from Students' Scientific Circle of Human Resources Management. During the study, she was a part of the Erasmus student exchange program at the University of Cyprus, in the Department of Business and Public Administration.

Justyna enjoys spending her free time reading crime-related books, discovering new cuisines, and developing her cooking skills. She is also a big travel enthusiast – her biggest dream is to visit India, the USA and Japan.
